EMERGENCY SERVICES OPEN DAY FREE EVENT

The popular emergency services open day will be taking place at the Trafford Centre on Thursday 7 August at 10am - 4pm. 

This is a free event and a nice opportunity for families to attend to see some of the work undertaken by emergency services across the region.
 

Among those attending are:

 

  • GMP: Tactical aid unit, mounted, dog handlers, cadets, Bike Safe, cybercrime, Neighbourhood beat officers and traffic PCSOs
  • Greater Manchester fire and rescue service
  • Northwest ambulance service
  • Military 
  • Civil Nuclear Constabulary
  • Blood Bikes / Organ transport
  • Mountain Rescue teams
  • RSPCA
  • RNLI
